Note: Municipal and third-party shared bicycle programs qualify for this strategy. Scooter-based programs do not qualify for this strategy.

Alternative Compliance

Identify the location of a minimum of one bicycle station or hub within a 1/4 mile or 400 meters walking distance of the project boundary.

Design Certification

Submit the annotated plan(s) or map(s) identifying one of the following:

1. The planned or existing location of a formal bike share station or hub within the project boundary.
2. The planned or existing location of a formal bike share station or hub located within 1/4 or 400 meters walking distance of the project boundary (for Alternative Compliance only).

Built Certification

Submit all of the following:

1. Annotated map(s) or plan(s) identifying one of the following:
   1. the location of the formal bike share station or hub within the project boundary
   2. the location of the formal bike share station or hub location within walking distance from the project boundary (Alternative Compliance only)
2. A minimum of 2 annotated photographs showing the qualifying bike share station or hub
