Strategy Requirements

Include landscaping on sidewalks and pathways that meet all of the following:

1. Are uniformly located along sidewalks and pathways leading to the following areas:
   1. site entrances
   2. buildings
   3. entrances to parking areas
   4. common amenities and outdoor areas
2. Include a minimum of 2 of the following within the project boundary:
   1. trees 
   2. planters
   3. vegetation
3. Are maintained on a seasonal basis

Design Certification

Submit the following:

1. Annotated plan(s) detailing the following:
   1. qualifying sidewalks and pathways
   2. the locations of the qualifying landscaping
2. Design drawings showing each unique landscaping element
3. An official or draft statement detailing the maintenance plan

Built Certification

Submit the following:

1. Annotated plan(s) detailing the following:
   1. qualifying sidewalks and pathways
   2. the locations of the qualifying landscaping
2. A minimum of 3 photographs showing each unique landscaping element
3. An official statement detailing the maintenance plan
