Qualifying signage must be:
- mounted permanently on structures such as walls, doors, poles, or stands
- located at all of the following:

- all designated outdoor space amenities
- outdoor parking areas
Note: When buildings are not yet constructed at the time of certification, provide pedestrian areas at an anticipated entrance of an undeveloped parcel.

Design Certification
Submit the following:
- An official or draft statement confirming that the signs will be located at:
- a minimum of one main entrance per building
- all designated outdoor space amenities
- outdoor parking areas
- A copy of the proposed design of the signage to be used
Built Certification
Submit the following:
- Annotated plan(s) detailing the following:
- the location of the signs
- the location of all required areas
- A minimum of 3 photographs detailing each unique signage used.
