Strategy Requirements
Conduct and demonstrate that regular water quality testing that:
- is conducted at all outdoor drinking water supplies and stations within the project boundary
- is conducted a minimum of once annually
- meets all maximum contaminant level limits set by the US EPA National Primary Drinking Water Regulations
- if project is located outside of US, either meets the contaminant level limits set by the US EPA National Primary Drinking Water Regulations OR the guideline values set by the WHO, Guidelines for Drinking-water Quality (4th edition)

Submit an official or draft statement confirming the water quality testing will:
- be conducted at all outdoor drinking sources within the project boundary
