Include a minimum of one childcare facility within the project boundary or within 1/2 mile or 800 meters walking distance of the project boundary.

Qualifying civic resources include:

• daycare centers
• childcare centers
• early education centers (e.g. Pre-K)

Design Certification

Submit all of the following:

1. Annotated map(s) or plan(s) showing
   1. If it will be located on-site, the location of the qualifying childcare facility within the project boundary
   2. If located off-site, the distance between the qualifying childcare facility and the project boundary
2. An official or draft statement confirming the type of qualifying childcare facility that will be included.
3. If existing, a minimum of 3 annotated photographs of the qualifying childcare facility.

Built Certification

Submit all of the following:

1. Annotated map(s) or plan(s) showing
   1. If located on-site, the location of the qualifying childcare facility within the project boundary
   2. If located off-site, the distance between the qualifying childcare facility and the project boundary
2. An official statement confirming the qualifying childcare facility that is included.
