Collect and properly dispose of universal waste generated at the facility. All universal waste generated at the facility should be included, including but not limited to: electronic waste, fluorescent bulbs, and batteries.
Identify universal waste streams generated in the facility operations. Develop a system to collect these materials. Ensure reuse or recycling options are identified and implemented. It is advisable to work with universal waste disposal vendor to ensure that the materials are shipped to a qualified and permitted recycling facility.
